Refund Policy

In-Person Photography Workshops

By paying the deposit for the workshop, you agree to these cancellation and refund terms.

The deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel more than 120 days before departure, we will refund all payments received, excluding the deposit.

If you cancel within 120 days of departure, no refund will be available.

Transfers to another workshop are subject to approval and availability. Any approved transfer remains subject to the cancellation and refund deadlines of the original workshop booking. A transfer does not reset or extend refund eligibility.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, flight disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, unused services, or failure to obtain the necessary travel documents, visas, permits, or insurance.

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary as circumstances require, or to cancel a workshop due to insufficient participant numbers, force majeure events, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a workshop, all payments received will be refunded in full. This refund will constitute the full extent of our liability. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including flights, visas, insurance, accommodation, or other travel-related expenses.

Presets

Jord's Preset packs are digital downloads, and therefore non-refundable.

Bundles

The Travel Photography Starter Kit + The Photography Pitching Bundle are bundles of presets, editing tutorials and PDFs. Both are non-refundable since they contain downloadable content and presets which, once sent to you, cannot be returned.
